Original Shipments

Q: When will my order ship and where does the order originate from?  All shipments originate from our distribution center in Solana Beach, CA, within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.  We utilize FedEx ground unless customer requests expedited service at an additional charge.

Returns Policy

Q: What is rueapparel.com's Return Policy? A: rueapparel.com accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after purchase. All sale merchandise is exchangeable only.  Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping is nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned in its original unused, unwashed packaged & resaleable condition.

*Holiday purchases made November through December may be returned or exchanged through January 15th of the following year.

Returns by Mail & Express Exchanges

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from rueapparel.com? A. Need a different size? Color? Style? We'll send it to you! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:

1. Express Exchange Need it in a hurry? Simply call this toll-free number: 858-204-1709, and order your replacement merchandise. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24-48 hours at no extra charge for shipping and handling. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

2. Return or Exchange By Mail Complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your original shipment, and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size.

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. RU E will pay to ship items processed as exchanges to you. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
